For many years now, we have been working with both large and small brands to offer children a memorable welcome. In 2025, our collaboration with Buffalo Grill reaches a new level, with exclusive initiatives firmly rooted in their family values as well as our own. Here's a look back at a year rich in new products!

A kid-friendly collaboration

Behind the warm welcome reserved for families at Buffalo Grill, there are professionals in the field, with the expertise of Welcome Family. For 3 years now, we have been helping to develop the experience of families through the child premium.

The Buffalo Grill teams emphasize Welcome Family 's "comprehensive support" and ability to "bring their ideas to life". A 360° partnership, based on listening, innovation and a shared mission: to make children smile.

The year's highlights

An iconic mascot: Bizcoto arrives! A character already familiar to regular customers in the form of plush toys and games, Bizcoto takes on a new dimension this year. The mascot is being created in life-size in several of the brand's restaurants.

His role? Brighten up family meals, liven up birthdays, and become a new icon for little Buffalo Grill fans. A giant character who accompanies the brand to all events involving their young customers.

Bizcoto kit: a product for sick children

The result is a unique product: the Bizcoto kit. Imagined and designed by us, it's available exclusively on the Buffalo Grill online boutique, which we also created. And best of all: 100% of the profits donated to the Petits Princes Association, which makes the dreams of seriously ill children come true.

A creative, inspiring and supportive collaboration.

Exclusive goodies for the biggest fans

To celebrate its community, Buffalo Grill has launched a collection of goodies in partnership Pullover, sweater, socks, pins... The first products feature the famous welcome salad, a nod to the brand.

This project involved both the creation of the online boutique and the production of some of the goodies. A comprehensive approach, in keeping with the global support provided to Buffalo Grill.

Memorable souvenirs for young and old

We've always designed solutions to transform family moments: games, accessories, equipment, mascots...a vision that Buffalo Grill fully shares.

In the company's restaurants, everything is designed to pamper families: free in-restaurant and downloadable games, a complete Kids menu at €5.95 with an American flavour, birthday party organization and special offers for large families.
