How does a customizable offer work?
Step 1 - Precise definition of your needs
Monthly, quarterly or annual toy/lunch box consumption, definition of budget.
Step 2 - Proposal of products according to your brief and chosen personalization mode
Product suggestions based on your year's highlights.
Step 3 - Graphic creation
You can call on our studio Welcome Family creative service and entrust the design development to our team of graphic artists. Or supply us with your graphic elements, subject to receipt of files in the correct format (vectorized).
Step 4 - Definition of a retroplanning schedule and launch of production
Receipt of graphic elements, digital proof approval, launch of production, compliance with product standards and certifications.
Step 5 - Delivery, dispatch & co-packing
Possibility of specific packaging, logistics at various points, storage of goods in our warehouses, partial delivery, delivery in France, DOM TOM (via forwarding agent) and abroad.
Digital extension option
