At Welcome Family, your loyalty is rewarded with every order. Each of your orders earns you money for the future, all accumulated in a euro kitty that can be used directly online.
How does it work?
1. I place my order on the site Welcome Family, as usual
The more you order, the more your benefits increase.
2. I earn points
Every euro you spend earns you points. From 500 accumulated points you can unlock your kitty.
3. I convert my points into rewards
The next time you order, you can use your kitty to redeem points for discounts directly in your shopping basket.

Your prize pool: Unlockable from 500 points. Kitty unlocking cannot be combined with a promotional code. Your loyalty balance is visible directly in your customer account.

The loyalty program allows you to collect points for every order you place in the online store. These points can then be used to obtain a discount on your basket.
You earn points with every order, depending on your loyalty level:
Bronze (basic level): €2 spent = 1 point
Silver: €1 spent = 1 point
Gold: €0.50 spent = 1 point
The program has 3 levels:
Bronze: starting level
Silver: accessible from 500 points
Gold: accessible from 1000 points
Your level evolves according to the total number of points accumulated:
500 points → promotion to Silver level
1000 points → promotion to Gold level
A minimum of 500 points is required to redeem.
You can then redeem your points directly in your shopping basket when you place your next order.
Points are valid for 1 year from the date of acquisition.
Points are valid only on orders placed:
✅ On the online store
❌ Not on orders by email
❌ Not by phone
❌ Not on quotations
No, points cannot be combined with a coupon code.
You need to log in to your account to find your kitty. It is also displayed when you check out.
